The Virginia State Fair is celebrated every September at the Richmond International Raceway. Norfolk’s Harborfest is celebrated in June that features air shows and boat racings. The Virginia Lake Festival is celebrated during the third weekend of July at Clarksville. There are also two significant film festivals in Virginia such as the VCU Film Festival and the Virginia Film Festival celebrated at Richmond and Charlottesville respectively.
